I can publish the reference SHEET as an example only in my portfolio and networks with its respective watermark.

The custom and adopts comes in character sheet format and with the color palette.

The custom or adopts will be delivered to you without watermark by Toyhou.se and by Wetransfer.
If you do not have th, your character will be set aside in the sold folder and I will attach your name/username to the character.

Once the purchase is made there are no returns.

The character is yours, you can use it for anything and you can redesign it however you want (without it being unrecognizable) as long as you credit my work, that helps me a lot.

You can add information to the character sheet and edit it as you like as long as you credit my work and tell me suede.
Any names and little descriptions I may share are optional, so feel free to give them new names/personalities/etc.!

Please prove as the designer! You can link any of my pages, be it my carrd, social network like Twitter or Toyhouse.

You may not claim the original artwork or species as your own, and you may not set it up for redistribution.

You can resell it, give it away or trade it in the future if you want, as long as you notify me and give me credit for the design.

Any design you received from a gift cannot ever be resold for real money or equivalent (e.g. dA points).

Do not resell the design for more than what it was sold to you UNLESS YOU HAVE EXTRA ART

If you break any of the rules mentioned above, your character will be taken away from you, I will add you to my blacklist and you will not be given any refund if you paid or traded a character, assume the consequences of your actions.

The custom (Designs and redesign) comes with personal use, but commercial and merch use rates may still apply depending on what you are going to use the design for.

Should you be using the custom sold commercially when you do not have the right, I will contact you and discuss. Should I find our discussion unsatisfactory, I will blacklist you and state why.

I work with specific card formats, if you need to add something else that is not in these examples (an angle, pose, expression or objects) or something totally different, it will be an extra cost depending.

Personal and commercial/Merch use included in the price (that's why the price is higher).
